- Contexte
This commercial space, located in one of the main streets of Albertville, had already undergone several transformations. However, the latest work carried out was not of high quality and did not meet the latest standards. In addition, the room presents several constraints: the presence of load-bearing posts dividing the space in its width, low light due to its unfavorable exposure and differences in floor and ceiling levels.
- Mission
Remodel the commercial space to optimize its reception capacity and create a decorative concept coherent with the new identity of the restaurant: an elegant and friendly bistro.
- main Interventions
The non-supporting structure of the premises has been rearranged to meet the safety and PMR standards that apply to this type of restaurant. We conducted an in-depth study on acoustics to secure a comfortable environment for clients in the restaurant and neighbors. On the decoration side, we imagined a bistro atmosphere with retro accents in line with the desired identity of the future restaurant. We installed large mirrors to visually enlarge the space, created custom banquettes to increase the reception capacity and designed the bar and its custom storage.
